I was referred to this agent, Carmen Moya, by my apartment complex for renter’s insurance and later switched my auto insurance here as well. After the switch, communication completely stopped. Phone calls go unanswered, professional emails about driver changes and policy updates receive no response, and voicemails are never returned. Insurance requires timely and reliable communication—especially when policy changes are involved—and this office has failed repeatedly on that front. This level of unresponsiveness is unprofessional and unacceptable for an insurance agency. State Farm should seriously investigate this office’s business practices and customer service standards."
